A family and internal medicine consultation covers the diagnosis of common complaints and the care of patients with chronic diseases. The doctor takes a history, examines and interprets results.

The scope also includes treatment of overweight and obesity in adults and children aged 12 and over, in cooperation with a dietitian. Details, including the tests to have before the first visit, are on the Obesity treatment page.

Laboratory tests on site

Preventive and follow-up tests (full blood count, glucose, lipid profile, creatinine, liver function tests, TSH, urinalysis) can be carried out on site and the results discussed with the family doctor at the same or the next visit. Tests are provided without a referral, at a booked time, at the Sonar Clinic sample collection point; the collection fee is PLN 11 (PLN 20 for children up to 8 years of age), and test prices are listed in the sample collection point price list.
